What is Private Investment?

Private investments are only available for Professional Investors. Find out whether you’re eligible to become a PI with us. For details, please reach out to your Wealth Advisor.

Private investments refer to investments made in privately held companies or assets that are not publicly traded on stock exchanges. These investments involve the purchase of equity or ownership stakes in businesses that are not available for trading on the open market. Private investments can take various forms, including venture capital, private equity, real estate, private credit, private placement and angel investing etc.

Private investments offer the opportunity for higher returns compared to public investments. However, private investments also come with higher risks, longer investment horizons, and less liquidity compared to publicly traded securities.
